Cindy Knutz was a child who Wonder Man saved from certain death at the hands of Red Ronin during the events of “Avengers” vol. 1 #198. She became a dedicated fan of her savior and grew to be a leading member of the Wonderfans. She was shocked to see her hero die, but was there to welcome him back at his resurrection.
