Origin
Clara Menninger is a member of the Quentin Carnival. She has no eyes but “sees” through her psychic powers. She came a friend of Johny Blaze whom, at the time, was the former Ghost Rider.
Creation
Clara Menninger was created by Howard Mackie and Ron Wagner and first appeared in Ghost Rider Vol.2 issue 27 (1992).
