Clive Yorkin was a career criminal that would have spent his life in jail until he volunteered for a prison experiment. The experiment went wrong driving Clive insane and giving the ability of a death touch. He was believed to have killed Iris West, proved to be innocent, it was later confirmed it was the Reverse Flash.
