Cody was Rogue’s first boyfriend. Her powers manifested when they first kissed and she left him in a coma. Each year, she would go visit him in the hospital in remorse over what she had done. Cody was eventually murdered by Bella Donna Boudreaux. With the help of a spiritual guide, Rogue was able to beg Cody’s forgiveness for what she had done before he moved on to the afterlife. He told Rogue that he knew she hadn’t meant to hurt him and that he did not blame her for it.
X-Men (2000 Movie)
Cody Robbins is renamed David in the X-Men movie and played by Shawn Roberts.
