Commander Blanx was a White Martian dictator that followed The Martian Manhunter to Earth. Blanx’ sole purpose was to destroy the Martian Manhunter. He failed in his attempt and was later repelled, going back to Mars. He then attempted genocide for the entire planet Mars. This brought the attention of The Justice League and that again stopped him.
