Commander Pike is a law officer on the planet Penflax-4. He used his authority to take drugs and dirty money for his own purposes. He discovered that one of his own officers had found this out, he tried to vaporize him in an alley. He blamed a travelling Zen as the murderer. Zen could evade Commander Pike as long as it took Internal Operations officer Arena to stop Commander Pike and turn him in.
