After the death of his brother, Odin Quincannon, and the destruction of his meat-packing plant, Conan Quincannon came to the town of Salvation and tried to make good. He opened a sewage treatment plant in the area.
His business, which hired locally and paid a fair wage, brought jobs to Salvation, and turned the whole area around. Quincannon became known as the man who saved Salvation.
At the request of Lorie Bobbs, he offered a job to the disgraced Arseface, who had made his way to Salvation. In that way, Conan Quincannon continued to be a granter of second chances and better lives. He hopes this will go some small way towards making up for the evil that his brother did.
