His real name is unknown, but he’s always been called “The Condor”, and lives in Chile, although he also operated in Argentine. He used to run a company that extracted saltpetre and was one of the supporters of the 1973 Chilean coup d’état. He always carries a griffin headed cane and cares very little about humans. He follows the tradition of raising a child, plagiarizing him in the process, in order of turning him into a loyal agent.
