The Conductor operates an infernal train whose tracks run through entire hell. The train leads to 7th level of hell where he unloads its passengers. Tom Judge believes that Conductor may be a God. Tom Judge also decided to give the Rapture to Conductor, when the time came him to choose the successor to hell’s throne. Conductor however passed the Rapture back to Tom.
