Set in Edwardian period France, “Songes: Coraline” tells the story of a beautiful young lady named Coraline Doucet who is hired as a governess to a temperamental boy who lives in a grand château in the countryside. All is not what it seems in the house and at night she has vivid dreams that take her to strange places full of fantasy, mystery and sensuality that seem quite real.
Note: Graphic novel is in French and Spanish language only. The 2nd vol., which completes the story, is due to be published in 2011. The 1st and 2nd volumes are expected to be combined and published in English.
