Background

Clayton served as a model prisoner during the two years he served prior to his selection for the Liberty Project.  Appears to be repentant for his criminal ways.  Clayton suffered from low self esteem.  He did not truly grasp the full extent of his abilities or intellect.  When asked, Clayton could not remember the last time he missed something he aimed at.  He designed and built the miniature acceleration tunnel and unit that manufactures the charges of his Whammer.  The whammer are his wrist-mounted weapons of choice.
