Crafty is a coyote parody of Wile E. Coyote from a different universe. He was subject to endless cycle of violence. So, he makes a deal with his creator: he’ll end the violence, if Crafty will exile him to the Animal Man comic. Crafty does this, but ends up getting killed. He bleeds in the middle of an intersection that makes it look like he was crucifixied on a cross.
