Randall Mikavic was killed during the destruction of a warehouse. A copy of his brain was inserted into a robot body. While he retained some of his personality, he still is required to follow his primary objective of destroying it’s surroundings. During a battle with Power Girl, he was at first seemingly defeated, but after a process of assimilation, he was able to grow into a more powerful form and revealed that he was sent to destroy all of New York City. After brawling with Power Girl for a while, he was teleported away by Maxwell Lord.
