Crazy Quilt II
The current Crazy Quilt is a woman that was a member of the Secret Society of Super Villains. She seems to have the equipment of the original Crazy Quilt, Paul Dekker. She has recently been apprehended by the Suicide Squad and is most likely going to be made to take covert missions with the team.
She is one of the many villians sent to get The Get Out Of Hell card by her mysterious boss Junior. She is is shot and later stabbed by Scandal. She survives her wounds and later battles with newest incarnation of The Justice League.
Powers and Abilities
As Crazy Quilt, she uses a special helmet that allows her to hypnotize his victims with colors.
