Rand Garrow is a small time crook who learned how to create elaborate machines while in jail. He begins to call himself the Crimesmith and sells his machines to other villains.
Dr. Jeffrey Fraser
The second Crimesmith who created detailed planned robberies and for a percentage of the completed robbery they would continue to receive other elaborate plans for robberies.
The plans detailed where the security cameras were located and how to cut the wiring. The Crimesmith was Dr. Jeffrey Fraser, a brilliant scientist and TV personality. The headquarters went up in flame with him inside while his assistant escaped. The assistant may actually be the real Crimesmith.
