Cristos sent Valeria off to find Victor von Doom by saying he needs her, his visions being sharper as of late she took his word for it and left to find Victor. Truth eventually revealed itself and it was not Cristos visions that caused him to tell Valeria of Victor, it was the KGB and they threatened him into doing it betraying Valeria, Victor, and the entire clan in the process.
