Origin
A member of the superhero team, the Inhumans, along with Triton and Ra-venn, Cteno was dispatched to examine The Fault to discover what the issue was there.
Creation
Cteno was created for use in Marvel comics by Dan Abnett, Wellington Alves, and Andy Lanning. His first appearance is in Realm of Kings: Inhumans #3, released in March, 2010.
