Cut man was one of the original six (eight in Powered Up) Robot Masters. Cut Man was designed to help in forestry management. He has the youngest mentality among the Robot Masters, and looks up to Mega Man -when he isn’t reprogrammed for evil by Dr. Wily that is! The only thing sharper than his Hyper Cutter is his wit.
