Native from the city of Uld, in a fold of time in the indu Kush, Ismiri Dvi-Zaralkh aka Cutlass left the city under unknown circuntastances. From time to time, the natives of Uld had tried to capture her with not luck at all and Cutlass became a know supercriminal for many years in Astro city.
She formed the Terrifying Three along with Steeljack and the original Quarrel, a superteam specialiced in stole technologies and other material wiht a high price in the black markets. The team lasted until a conflict between Cutlass and Steeljack broken the formation.
Many years later Cutlass would return to the life of Steeljack, by then a retired and reformed supervillian working as private investigator, to ask him for help in a case where an unknown criminal was using retired supervillians modus operandi to commit crimes leaving a trail of deaths. During the investigation hte relationship between she and Steeljack would grow strong again.
