Gang War

Justin Hammer’s plan to drive the rich out of the affluent areas of Los Angeles by starting a gang war was in jeopardy because of Silver Sable and her Wild Pack. Hammer told his assistant to call his minions in the Los Angeles area which included Cyclone, Afterburner, Beetle, Blacklash, Spymaster, Boomerang and Blizzard to prepare an assault on Silver Sable and her crew. Hammer’s minions ambushed Silver Sable and the Wild Pack inside a warehouse. Things started to get out of control when the gang members jumped into the fray so Cyclone and the rest of Hammer’s minions retreated away in their transport.

It was later reported that Gregory Stevens was killed in a skiing accident. The Cyclone name was later taken by the criminal Pierre Fresson.

Powers and Abilities

The Cyclone suit, developed by Andre Gerard, allowed Stevens to manipulate air currents, either as an offensive weapon, or for locomotion by means of flight.

Stevens never spoke, something he allies commented on and found peculiar. This may indicate that he may have been a mute, though his silence could have been by choice.
