History
An inhabitant of the 30th century, Wezil is a tech master, a super weapons expert. Fired by R.J. Brande Enterprises in a cost cutting move, he designs and/or steals from the Security Storage Chambers elements of his potent armor. Kidnapping the parents of members of the Legion of Super-Heroes, he then demands “one billion solar credits” for their release, threatening to kill them if the ransom is not paid within 24 hours. He demands the fortune not only to become wealthy, but also that others will know “the agony of financial ruination” which he himself suffered.
However, the Legion of Super-Heroes finds his lair located in the earth buried right underneath their own headquarters, and Lightning Lad is able to subdue him with a powerful bolt of energy.
