Origin
Charles Luc Phan, A.K.A. Dahntu, was one of many heroes who joined the Anti-Registration Underground. It is unknown whether he was arrested by S.H.I.E.L.D. or not.
Creation
Dahntu’s first (and only) appearance was in Civil War: Front Line #4 – Embedded, Part 4. He was created by Paul Jenkins and Ramon Bachs.
