Dale is a little girl mutated in the womb, resulting in advanced intelligence but a mis-shapen body. She invents a time-travel machine and with the help of the Ninja Turtles, goes back in time and prevents herself from being mutated, and becomes a normal girl. Some residual memories remain and she is eventually recruited by an alien named George to alter human evolution. Realizing she has made humanity vulnerable to alien takeover, she teams up with The Fannywhacker to save the world.
