An immigrant to Mega-Tokyo after the Second Kanto Earthquake, Daley Wong joined the AD Police and rose the rank of Deputy Inspector. He is often teamed up with Inspector Leon McNichol, lending an air of calm introspection and diplomacy to his supposed ‘superior’ who is easily angered and prone to rushing in. Wong is also a homosexual and often jokes about it by flirting with McNichol.
