Damian Link was the twin brother of Gemini/Joshua Link and a career police officer. The two brothers were enemies but psychically linked, allowing them to manipulate each other from a distance. Who manipulated who was a result of their battle of wills. That Damian got appointed as police liaison to the New York branch of SHIELD and the Avengers, mean thet Joshue had access to classified information. What happened to him following the assassination of his brother is unknown.
