In the original film Damien was played by Harvey Stephens. 
 
Damien was born in Rome at the sixth hour of the sixth day of the sixth month in 1971 (1966 in the second film, 1950 in the third film and 2001 in the remake).  
 
He is adopted by Robert Thorn and wife Katherine (unware of that) at the hospital after they lose their son.  
   

When Damien was five his nanny was hipnotized by a black dog (a demon) who made her hang herself at Damien’s party, claiming ” Look at me, Damien! It’s all for you!”. His nanny was his first victim.
 
 Mr. Thorn was then visited by the priest Father Brennan who said  that he was present at Damien’s birth and that he met ”it’s mother”. Brennan told Thorn about Damien’s real identity (The Antichrist) and warned him that he’s killed once and he’ll kill again until evrething of him is his.

In the Omen II Damien was played by Jonathan Scott-Taylor. 
 
Damien is age 13 and finally learns of his destiny as the Antichrist.

In the third film Damien was played by Sam Neil. 
 
An adult Damien plots to kill the resurrected son of God while a group of monks trie to destroy him. 
 
 
 

Omen IV: The Awakening   
In the fourth film Damien is reborn in his son Alexander York.
