Dejected and desperate, he learns by chance that a company, the Winguard, recruits people to protect people without their knowledge. Darius, interested, passes the entrance exam but against all odds, he is relegated to menial tasks which he accepts anyway. However, when leaving the buildings of the Winguard, he is approached by a stranger who offers him a much more interesting job.
