Flashpoint

In the Reverse Flash altered world of Flashpoint, Darla is one of the six children adopted by the Becks, along with Billy and Mary Batson, Freddy Freeman, Eugene Choi and Darla Dudley. At some point, the Wizard gifted the five children with the powers of SHAZAM, and the ability to transform into Captain Thunder. The wizard did this with the intention of teaching the children to act together as a family. Eugene, in particular, was gifted with the Speed of Mercury.

Eugene, along with the rest of SHAZAM, are asked by Cyborg, the Flash, and Batman to combat Aquaman and Wonder Woman. However, she is one of the ones who turn down Cyborg’s offer, and would rather watch American Idol than deal with the war. Later, the six are contacted by the Flash and join him in taking the fight to Europe. In London, Captain Thunder is taken apart by the Enchantress while fighting Wonder Woman, leaving the kids at the mercy of the Amazons.

Darla is the youngest of the Vasquezes’ foster children when Billy Batson moves in. She is very excited to have Billy move in with them and lovingly hugs him upon introducing herself. Billy makes her cry soon after, stating that none of the kids are really family. She forgives him by the next morning and excitedly pesters him as he wakes up and later on the way home from school.
