A police officer and former college star athelete, Dash Dixon is fired from his position to take on a secret mission to protect an important scientist, Dr. Lorenz. When a knife-wielding rival attempts to kill the doctor, Dash shoots the attacker dead.
The appreciative Lorenz hires Dash as his assistant and asks if he can experiment by giving Dixon the ZS3 formula, which the doctor designed to be the secret of perpetual life.
To keep the Perpetual Life Rays in Dixon’s body, Lorenz creates a special uniform out of special pliable metal.
