History
Background
Davos is a man of low birth, originating a ward from Flea Bottom, the poorest slum of King’s Landing. The son of a crabber, he escaped his life of poverty by joining the service of Roro Uhoris, a Tyroshi smuggler and pirate, who was later executed by the Night’s Watch for trading weapons with the wildings. He later secured his own ship, becoming one of the most notorious smugglers in the Seven Kingdoms.
