Davroth Catto is mutant with the ability to fly. He is an expert aerial combatant.
Davroth joined the L.E.G.I.O.N. R.E.C.R.U.I.T.S. and was by far the cockiest member of the initial group. His arrogance was eventually tempered down as he served with the team and proved himself to be decent guy.
Davroth is a former professional aerialist.
