Dawn Hunter was a graduate engineer hired out of college by WEA-CON Industries, a large corporation with a multitude of government contracts spanning weaponry development, communications and special vehicle development.
While on proving maneuvers displaying weapons she has designed, she was noticed by Colonel “C” and was offered a chance to put her skills to work in the intelligence community.
Because of her mane of blonde hair, she was given the code name of GOLDEN EAGLE, following the Outfit’s penchant of “Bird of Prey” code names. The Outfit’s training only enhanced Dawn’s skills and many abilities and she became the Outfit’s secret weapon as a beauty operating in a man’s word.
