Origin
Prutelia Van Achterberg is the last descendant of knights, barons, counts, princes and kings. She has vowed to bring back the surname from its long lost history. Fashioning herself a queen, she remade the dungeons of her castle as her kingdom, the Onderland (Underland). She needed people to rule over. Grown-ups would try to imprison her, so she had a naive policeman kidnap children for her. The children were freed by Jommeke and the townspeople. Prutelia was arrested.
