Member of the Axis of Evil and enemy of the Maximums, Demise had the power to sense the near death of those around him and gain power from that. The excesive absortion of such energies however could alter his senses, as it was happened when he forsaw Skyscraper death.
He was a pastiche of Marvel’s Grim Reaper.
