Creation
Demolishor was originally planned to be called Scourge, in order make a reference to the Generation One trio of Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge. However this idea was dropped and Demolishor was given his current name. Unlike most Transformers: Armada characters, Demolishor didnât share his name with any existing Transformer character.
Character Evolution
Demolishor like many Transformers: Armada characters eventually got a Powerlinx mode. According to Aaron Archer, Demolishorâs Powerlinx form was originally going have a colour scheme similar to Generation one character Sixshot, due to his gun hands, even though Sixshot doesnât have gun hands.
Demolishor returned in Transformers: Energon, sporting a new alternative mode. Instead of is original missile tank mode, Demolishor now transformed into a Dump Truck. In the Transformers: Energon, cartoon, Demolisher bashed his chest like a gorilla and made monkey noises.
Demolishor returned in the Transformers: Cybertron toy line, even though he doesnât appear in the cartoon. His toy is a repaint of his Armada toy but remodelled to work with the Cyber Planet Keys instead of a Minicon.

Shattered Glass
While Cliffjumper was overseeing the boarding of the Nemesis, Demolishor boarded the ship. Cliffjumper was already suspicious of almost all the Decepticons, and he didn’t recognize Demolishor. The Decepticon remarked that perhaps the Autobot didn’t know everyone from his home universe. When asked why he was joining the crew, Demolishor responded that, while busting up Optimus Prime’s soldiers was a bonus, he really just wanted to get off Cybertron. Cliffjumper decided he couldn’t argue with that, and let the Decepticon through.
When Sephie Beller had herself augmented with Cybertronian technology, Demolishor reflected that it was about time the humans did something to fight back against the Autobots. Sephie later attempted to take on the Autobots on her own, and Demolishor was on the team that went to help her. They were promptly surrounded and captured by the Autobots, but before they could all be terminated, R.J. Blackrock arrived in his Centurion mech and attacked the Autobots as well. They were subsequently saved by Sephie and her enhancements.
Later, Demolishor met with Jetstorm and Side Burn to discuss future plans. Jetstorm was concerned about Cliffjumper’s suspicions of Demolishor, and about the Dinobots.

When Megatron did indeed return, Demolishor caved in to Megatronâs taunts and rejoined the Decepticons. Despite this he tried his best to prevent humans from getting hurt.
When the Decepticons attacked the Autobot/Human ship; the Miranda 2, Demolishor was destroyed when he saved Megatron from the Miranda 2âs devastating Energon shield. For reasons unknown Demolishor blamed Optimus Prime for his death. A side effect however made Demolishor dumber than before and he began to act like a gorilla on occasions by beating his chest and making monkey noises.
