History
 Dominic is a former Sudanesa ‘lost boy’ who possibly served as a child soldier in the SPLA. Dominic joined the Navy, despite his lack of citizenship, in order to finish college and obtain his medical degree. After suffering severe internal injuries during a peacekeeping mission Bialya during WWW III, Dominic was granted cybernetic enhancements in his entire mid-section. This made him a one-man M.A.S.H. Unit, capable of mircosurgery and instant blood transfusions. Not all his injures were alleviated with cybernetics, however, and Dominic is reliant on a colostomy bag as well as dialysis.
