Denton Fixx is a comic book writer. Who just happens to look like a dog. He lives in Queens with his divorced stepsister KP Watson and his best friend, ‘Mazing Man. Denton met ‘Mazing Man in the psychiatric ward of Bellevue. They became friends, and in a complete reversal Denton took ‘Mazing Man home. One of Denton’s friends from school is Eddie Valentine. He’s an assistant bank manager. Eddie, and his wife, Brenda, are often bemused by ‘Maze. Currently, Denton writes “Zoot Sputnik and his Friends“, with Fred Hembeck for BC Comics. His editor is Mr. Confeldt.
