Detective Casey is Chief O’Hara’s second -in-command. A tough cop who is suspicious of almost anyone outside the force, including O’Hara’s trusted Mickey Mouse, Casey has a history of jumping to conclusions with little supporting evidence. Leading to him accusing or arresting the wrong person on several of his cases.
