Edland was investigatiog at the crime scene of ‘Rose Killer’ victim Hillary Reece, as well as serial killer Frank Autobahn. He dislikes private investigators and doesn’t get along with Sam and Twitch, but he feels Suture is doing them all a favor by murdering serial killers.
