Creation
Detective Jackson was created by Steven T. Seagle and Teddy Kristiansen. He made his first appearance in House of Secrets #8.

Detective Jackson has no known superhuman powers or abilities. A police officer and detective, he has presumably received all the weapons and investigation training typical of the force.
