Dez is trying to keep her friends and allies alive after a mysterious incident turned a comic book convention into a years long fight for survival. But then a loyal friend drops in from outside, which is welcome but strange, for everyone had been convinced there was absolutely no life left outside.
Soon things go from bad to worse and Dez will need all the friends she can get just to survive the next ten minutes.
