Diane was the team captain of the Quagmire Koalas; a combat cheer leading team of great skill. Diane has a tough, highly competitive attitude, but it comes with a soft side.
She does have an issue with men, and could be considered by many to be misandrist. Just the idea of being defeated by a man makes her blood boil. Although, to date the only man that can claim a victory over her is Akaru. The two went on find mutual respect for one another and even a little attraction.
Graduating from school, she went on to become a movie star as Diamond Diane. She returned to Quagmire to shoot a movie.
