Following the Death of Thanos ,a preprogram was activated in ISAAC Tthis program made ISAAC create beings in Life-Baths ,imprisoning the Eternals of Titan ,and dominating the will of Titan born Elysius to serve as assistant .Dionysus was one of ISAAC creation that didn`t want any part of killing just wanted to drink he was assisted by elves .
