Dipsy and Doodle are sent by the police captain to arrest Homicide Hogan. They find Hogan eating lunch in a restaurant and allow him to finish his meal. When they walk past a barber shop, Hogan asks if he can get a trip. He makes another request to watch a film while passing a theater. Dipsy and Doodle wait for hours before realizing Hogan ditched them. They explain to the captain that they’d already seen the movie as the reason why they didn’t go into the theater with Hogan.
