Director Lashniev is the researcher responsible for the Russion Project Epsilon. Omega Red attacks his facility to locate parameters that may aid him in fighting his death spore virus. Lashniev’s team is killed and Omega Red brutally convinces Lashniev to give him the requested information. Lashniev does so by burning a disc.
