History
Dr. Klutch was a gifted scientist who developed a serum that could bring any living organism to the peak of perfection (much like the one that turned Steve Rogers into Captain America) with his colleague Dr. Danger. After Dr. Danger refused to allow Klutch to be the first human test subject for the serum, Klutch orchestrated Dr. Danger’s death. With Dr. Danger eliminated, Klutch raided Danger’s lab looking for the secret to the serum only to discover that the only existing samples had been injected into Dr. Danger’s two sons, Wally and Tom. Wally and Tom ended up being separated, with Wally being adopted by one of Dr. Dangers other colleagues and Tom being kidnapped by another criminal, foiling Klutch’s attempt to obtain the only living samples of the serum.
Over the next fourteen years, Klutch decided to pursue his criminal ambitions by forming his own gang. When the Danger twins ended up reuniting, Klutch seized the opportunity to kidnap the boys and their group of friends – the Tough Kid Squad. After a few few failed attempts, he was able to capture the Danger brothers and extract a sample of the serum from Tom. Klutch’s physical, as well as, mental abilities were increased to the peak of human potential. Klutch then left the Danger twins to die while he and his gang went on a crime spree with his new powers. Unfortunately for Dr. Klutch and his men, the rest of the Tough Kid Squad managed to free the Danger Twins in their absence and upon their return to their hideout a battle ensued.
The Tough Kid Squad managed to defeat Klutch and his gang and the criminals were subsequently arrested. Any further activities of Dr. Klutch remain unrecorded.
