Doctor Theopolis was considered to be one of the Earth’s greatest scientists. His mind was transferred into a computer prior to his death and he joined the Computer Council, which governs Earth in the 25th Century. He is the liason to the Earth Defense Directorate headed by Dr. Elias Huer and is tasked with assimilating Captain William “Buck” Rogers to life in the 25th Century.
