History
After Saker was defeated, a team of military personnel were sent in to investigate Nacht island. Dr. Robert Vulce was a part of the expedition and discovered a unique artifact. A golden belt which granted him immense strength when he put it on. He used this newfowund device to serve as a member of the military run Strikeforce America super team.
Powers
Robert gains considerable resistance to damage while wearing the powerful belt device. In addition he receives super strength powerful enough to lift a tank.
