Dogwoman wears a dog costume and walks on all fours. She attempts to bite opponents. Which might work against foes with regular skin. She lost several teeth while trying to bite through She-Hulk‘s invulnerable skin.
Since most Dorkham Asylum inmates are parodies of Batman foes, Dogwoman is probably a counterpart to Catwoman.
