Doris and her husband Eddie loves each other. Eddie her husband is a reformed henchmen of villains like the Calculator and the riddler but, he wasn’t always that way.
He loves Doris and thier daughter Katie very much he has pet names for her like honey he often calls his daughter “Pun’Kin” and Katie Doll”. He has always had a hard time finding work and because of this he works as a henchman for various villains. Doris tries to encourage her husband and she supports him emotionally.
On one of Eddies capers he helps the Blue Beetle from the Calculator. Beetle then helps Eddie with the police and promises him a job at Kord industries when ever he is able to work. The hope is that he can finally be the husband to Doris and the father to Katie that he has always wanted to be.
